My career has been a journey from negotiating and managing commercial agreements in the IT and Oil & Gas industries to leading exciting digital transformation projects.18 years of my experience were at IBM, BG Group (now Shell) and Lundin (now Aker BP) in Brazil, UK and Norway. Where some of my most recognised footprints are:■ Leading and participating in projects that successfully structured processes and integrated data for business improvement■ Driving change and innovation by making effective alliances with internal and external stakeholdersAfter leading in Lundin one of its most successful digitalisation projects until 2021, in early 2022 I joined an agile and data-driven scale up called Kompa. Kompa has been a refreshing new chapter in my career. In Kompa I am part of a super team that develops Inspektor, a SaaS that breaks standards on managing water based warming/cooling facilities and legionella risks in properties. Inspektor helps property managers save resources (materials, water and energy) combining data integration, analytics and Kompa's well recognised expertise in the industry.I am passionate for data, energy and working with inspiring innovative people.
