• Establish a security policy to protect company information and resources.• Overseeing the annual IT budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness.• Monitoring daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems.• Coordinating technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance.• Selecting and purchasing new and replacement hardware and software, when necessary.• Testing, troubleshooting, and modifying information systems so that they operate effectively.• Generating performance reports for operating systems.• Assuring all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations.• Evaluating technology risks in order to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures.• Remaining up to date with advances in technology and industry best practices.• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.• Preserve assets, information security and control structures.• Establish, measure, and define IT goals and maintain an IT roadmap.• Analyze resource utilization and develop strategies to optimize performance.

• On-site support for Clients, management and escalation of incidents and IT support to personnel on site;• Supervision of technical facilities related to the Project both in the office and on site;n projects: Ensuring the security and confidentiality in the handling of information and the various points from which it is accessible. Additionally, promoting suitable use of security systems offered by TR for the proper execution of the works and that of clients;• To avoid disclosure of Confidential Information to unauthorized persons without the appropriate consent or permission or except as permitted under applicable policies. Avoidance of such disclosure will continue even after Employee leaves the employment with TR;• Manage of Project Cisco IP phones (telecommunication);• Manage of access control of all IT Racks in the Project (Servers, BB, Firewall, Switches, AP, Call managers etc.;)• Manage with the creation of new hire telephone and voicemail extensions, routing extensions to appropriate locations and updating information as Innovator seating assignments change, setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues; set up computers for new users and ensures delivery of equipment to users in a timely manner in different locations if necessary;• Testing and evaluating new technology;• Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals (software developers);• Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system;• To be responsible for the IT inventory and keep the updated list of that inventory at all times;• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults;• Manage troubleshooting, backup, and archiving;• Replacing parts as required.
