During my time as the Director of the Quality and Projects Department at JEEFEUC, I led important structural changes, including our transition from a division to an official department. This shift allowed us to create a dedicated branch focused on process quality control throughout the organization. Together, we maintained high standards in all services, internal projects, and events for the student community, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Working closely with the banking industry helped me cultivate a deep sense of responsability and meticulousness. By using Excel and other internal platforms on a daily basis, I was able to strengthen my technical and hard skills. I was also lucky to be part of a fantastic team that provided invaluable learning experiences and with whom I still enjoy a lasting connection.

As part of NEG's Communication and Image team, I had my first experience working within an organizational structure, where I developed a keen aesthetic sense aligned with team goals. This role allowed me to tap into my creativity while gaining practical experience in photo and video editing.
