- Leaders for Tomorrow (LfT) Project Manager.- Design and implement a yearly strategic roadmap with development opportunities for LfT Community, working with various stakeholders across HR teams, businesses, and locations.- Manage the LfT identification campaign, working together with internal teams.- Ensure accurate follow-up of the evolution of the LfT Community, along with the HRBP team.- Regular presentations of the Program to the Executive Committee.

- Strategic partner on HR development-related topics within a scope of ~600 employees. - Understand of the activity of the managed areas through continuous meeting with Managers.- Responsible for career development and mobility of the staff.- Manage the Annual Compensation Review Process (along with Compensation team).- Coach the business to optimize their human resources and provide support in managing problematic situations.

- JUMP is the internal Career Management Program.- Responsible for JUMP’s restructure, implementation and daily management.- Identify career evolution opportunities and provide coaching sessions to JUMPers.- Plan, organize and implement retention plans.- Work with Business Managers in identifying and managing problematic situations.
