- Receiving and responding to requests from airlines and repair organizations for technical support of Boeing airplanes. Providing a quick and appropriate response that meets the Safety First principle.- Dispositioning repair, designing repair plan, providing jacking and shoring instructions, analyzing reported problems for potential safety issues, providing No Technical Objection (NTO) for ferry flights / flight tests etc.- Applying engineering principles to research technical, operational and quality issues that cannot be resolved by customer and designs interim and final engineering solutions.- Identifying documents, analyzing reported problems and communicating deviations that could impact design intent and safety; recommends and manages resolution.- Developing and implementing product/process improvements.- Representing the engineering community in the build through post production environment.- Ensuring supplier and build partner compliance with Boeing standards. Developing customer correspondence for continued safe operation and maintenance of equipment.- Analyzing damage repair or structural modification to determine appropriate jacking and shoring, preventing collateral damage and assure a safe work environment.- Participating in Fleet Team Meetings, Structures Task Group Meetings, Technical visits and Conferences.

- Preparing all required information for the Scope Extensions and Entry into Service of the Aircrafts;- Collecting all tools’ data (Manuals, Tool Change Bulletin, obtaining of Tool Design Drawing from OEM) and creating alternative tools procedures in case of required tool is not available;- Providing modification instructions according to Tool Change Bulletin (TCB);- Responsible for gathering of the information of tools and consumables in accordance with the Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM) and task cards (TC) for all kind of checks and for Scope Extensions;- Creating Task Cards for SHOPS (battery, equipment, wheel, avionics) and updating them in case of new revisions are available.
