- Produce and analyse the monthly, quartely and yearly financial reports.- Support the daily activities of controlling the operations and bank reconcilliations.- Analyse and process the payment of the company's expenses with the coworkers.- Support the accounts payable's process. - Help on the automation of processes.

- Control of all the invoicing and payments of the company.- Control and anlanysis of the payments of the biggest vendor of the bank.- Seperation of the invoices by cost center and GL account.- Welcome the new joiners.- In charge of the learning process of the new joiners.

- Support of the the daily activities by controlling the operations, corporate actions and reconcilliations of the investment funds. - Assint the fund managers with the calculation of the daily NAV of theinvestment funds.Providing the daily and monthly reports and information to the SupervissingAuthoroties (CMVM, Banco de Portugal, APFIPP).- Help with other daily activities, such as accounts payable, managing counterparties and securities taxation.- Support the preparation of the yearly Financial Reports.
