~Responsible for planning and directing the financial management of the Medicaid operating budget and assisting the development of the legislative budget requests.~ Responsible for tracking rate, salaries, and benefits for all of the division of Medicaid. ~ Recommending and implementing administrative program policies, monitor Medicaid program expenditures.~ Responsible for determining the fiscal impact of proposed policy changes and, designing, conducting, and reporting findings of special studies.~Responsible for developing budget allocation methodologies and allocating operating budgets.~ Preparing, reviewing, and tracking budget and personnel amendments, monitoring rates, and projecting and monitoring expenditure patterns.~ Recommending corrective action to resolve adherent spending patterns and ensuring accurate coding of expenditures to maximize federal funding.~ Managing contracts.~Advising upper management on problems and policies related to programmatic and operational issues.

~ Set facility rates in accordance with Medicaid reimbursement plans, policies, and applicable federal and state rules and regulations. ~ Coordinate all the activities necessary for the semi-annual rate settings for all nursing home providers enrolled in the Medicaid program.~ Update facility rates as audit and licensure results are made available.~ Review and analyze requests from Medicaid providers for rate adjustments and determine if a rate increase should be authorized.~ Calculate and set rates for the settlement of Medicaid interim reimbursement rates when the initial cost report becomes available. ~ Verify that all rate changes are made correctly by the fiscal agent and retro-active payments or adjustments are made appropriately by the fiscal agent for all rates in which the analyst is responsible.

Tracking & Reporting~ Maintaining and communicating current and future promotional discounting in Route Accounting software (Encompass).~ Compiling, maintaining and communicating all promotional pricing activity to Sales Department, Key-Chain Account Contacts and the State Beverage Department as directed.~ Gathering and compiling competitive pricing information and being educated on competitive pricing strategies to ensure pricing parity in market.~ Preparing corporate sales reports and analysis as requested by manager and senior management.~ Responsible for all non Anheuser-Busch sales reporting and posting all non Anheuser-Busch incentive tracking.~ Responsible for building of reports and maintenance in Route Accounting System and Dashboards pertinent to Anheuser-Busch brands and KPI reporting.~ Responsible for planning, implementation and tracking/ posting of non Anheuser-Busch pay for performance/ point sheet plans through Mobility.~ Check BudNet Data Quality Reports to ensure that Tri-Eagle Sales published discount structure is sold in at retail accurately. Miscellaneous~ Setup & maintain product line and Tallahassee customer database integrity in RAS software ensuring accurate classification based on product and/or customer attributes certifying accuracy for reporting purposes.~ Attend sales planning meetings and general sales meetings.~ Assist the Director of Sales Execution in the SEC role and serve as back up for that role.~ Works on special projects for the sales, marketing, operations and administrative departments.~ Assist with answering a multi-line telephone system and direct calls to the appropriate person or department when scheduled.~ Greet visitors at the reception window, establish nature of their business and route them to the appropriate person or department when scheduled to do so.~ May be asked to distribute mail, incoming faxes and messages as required.
