• Specialist of export and import operations; “job rotation” by the areas: Commercial, International Logistics and Purchasing department.• Acting in commercial negotiations, analysis and preparation of documents to participate in Tenders and BID'S, as technical proposals, price composition;• Interface between customer and engineering department, assisting in technical doubts and proposing solutions;• Receipt, critical analysis and input of new purchase orders;• Elaboration and support of management reports, Forecast, BUDGET, among others requested by the directly manager or board of directors;• Responsible for the issuance of export documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin and other documents required by the importer);• Legalization of documents with the Chambers of Commerce, Consulates and Embassies of the countries which the exports are made, complying with the legislation of each country;• Analysis / compliance of the Letter of Credit in accordance with UCP 600 and request of possible amendments to the responsible area;• Development of suppliers to meet production demands, as well as to act in the logistics (carriers, brokers, terminals and cargo agents);• Analysis of import costs by calculating amounts of taxes and other relevant expenses, to analyze the feasibility of carrying out the process.• Follow-up on the imports and exports operations (end to end activities); • Coordination of special benefits processes and operation: Ex-Tariffs, Drawback and Back to Back, generating positive results in reducing costs involved in international procurement projects;• Knowledge in SAP system, SD & MM , acting as an internal consultant (Power User), giving lectures, assisting the areas involved in the changes of the new ERP system.
