SB1 Project Manager Aug-18/Sep-21 Clients: - Limpiolux (SB1 + Axisone) – Aug-18 / Mar-20: I joined the project as SB1 Project Manager after the go-live, which I had been part of as a consultant. My main goal was to improve post-production gap management and support for the client. We implemented a handheld interface to increase SB1's functionality and provided ongoing support for the client.- Delta Patagonia (Gulf) (SB1) – Feb-19 / Mar-19: Delivered the SB1 system on time, enabling the company to launch its operations in Argentina before receiving legal permission.- New Balance (SB1 + AFS) – Abr-19 / Sep-21: this company needed to change their current system (Tango) to SB1. Its industry is apparel and foot, so we implemented not only SB1 but also AFS module.- Juana Bonita (SB1 + Axisone + AFS) – Nov-19 / Mar-21: I helped this company improve their data integration and control by implementing SB1. As their industry is also apparel and footwear, we included the AFS module to meet their specific needs.In addition to defining work methodologies for functional aspects of projects, I also did so for management aspects. SB1 Consultant (Sales Process) - Dec-17/Jul-18 - Client: LimpioluxInstalled and configured the system. My role involved analysis, functional and technical specifications, and system integration testing. I also conducted user acceptance testing and provided training to the business. Additionally, I provided post-go-live support to ensure the system was working effectively.One of the success stories from this project was that, despite the team's previous experience with SAP, we had limited experience with SB1. We had to work hard to understand the limitations of the new system and configure processes that were not included in the tool in a standard way. Another challenge we faced was the configuration of Electronic Invoice, which was made difficult due to the lack of documentation available within Argentina for SAP Business One.Location: Hybrid (Buenos Aires).

Client: Mosanto As a member of the Monsanto LAS COE (Center of Excellence) team, it is our responsibility to maintain the system in optimal conditions for Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. We take support at different levels, and small and medium improvements (projects of up to 12 months). My greatest achievements being part of the team were: - Helping in the improvement of Ticket management: The level 0 and 1 incident management process was initially based on the response to inquiries made through an email box, without responsible for tasks, nor global vision of them. Against this background, I proposed short-term improvements to improve communication with the business and to be able to keep track of the tickets you frequent. At the same time, work began on the implementation of the Remedy tool, which would be loaded through the Help Desk. In this way, it was possible to reduce the number of people assigned to this task, improve the traceability and response time of tickets and eliminate recurring problems in the related processes. The business noticed an improvement in the quality of the service, and no longer doubts who to turn to in case of any inconvenience. - Coordinate and implement the Transportation (TRA) module in LAN (Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras): One of the main challenges of carrying out this project was saving distances, since it was done entirely in remotely. Not only the technical implementation of the module was my responsibility, but also the creation of the work plan and the negotiation of times and resources to be able to fulfill the objective. - Position myself as one of the main benchmarks of the module, both for my colleagues and for other teams and the business, expanding my daily tasks also to the estimation and analysis of feasibility of improvements and coordination of different projects.

At Process Technologies, my career was divided into two stages. At Softtek I participated in several short-term projects, which allowed me to improve my ability to adapt to different work and business environments. My greatest achievements within this period were: - As CS consultant and SD team leader (2 people in charge), SAP All in One implementation (MM, WM, SD, FI, PP, CS) in Gastronomic Engineering. Technically this project presented a challenge for me, having to install the CS module almost from scratch. This module depends on the correct implementation of SD and PP (with serial number), so it was important to pay special attention to the interaction between modules. At the management level, my experience in the SD module and time management gave me the tools to coordinate the work team of the module. - Training of Argentine Electronic Invoicing applied to SAP, and presenting it in the company: most of the implementations that I did from 2009 to 2011, were related to the new definition of AFIP regarding Argentine Electronic Invoicing. During that time, I participated in the three solutions proposed by AFIP, applied to SAP: Invoice Plus / Rece, Invoice Online and Invoice through Webservice. Some clients: Akzo Nobel (Accenture), General Electric (Online solution, Webservice), Nycomed (Webservice) - Coordinate and Implement an Interface with Trade Promotion for Quickfood-Marfood: A discount logistics process used in the US. Account Review, which was the solution's provider, we worked (remotely, in English) on the implementation of an interface, to send information about Sales and Billing in SAP. The difficulties of the process and the language, caused this project to be stopped for almost 6 months, so it was considered a success case to be able to bridge the distances and begin to operate effectively, within a period of 1 month and half. My tasks were: coordination of the work team (3 people), define the plan, and negotiate resources.
