Assistant Credit Manager - Insurance and CorporateLeading a team of 9 members for pre-approvals following protocols of 22 Insurance companies and TPAs , claim submission within stipulated period and resubmission of held claims.My resposibilies areTrain and educate Front Office Receptionists , Customer Care Executives and Pharmacists regarding medical billing and insurance guidelines and update with protocols. Lead the team and ensure the process is smooth for both the staff and patients.Guide and update nurses regarding documentation and protocol of Insurance supporting ethical practice.Keep professional relations with Doctors and raise awareness of importance of every report entered in Hospital Management System , and how it impacts not only revenue and but also credibility of the management and relation with Insurance companies.Ensure my core team (Approvals , Claim submission and resubmission team) are well knowledgeble about Insurance guidelines and its protocols.Analyse settlement details and execute right actions to reduce any future risks.And report to management about process and provide an insight of revenue.Ensure to eliminate and avoid any future risk in Hospital's porcesses and paving a way to least rejections.
