*Supervise and direct the O&M Operation and maintenance activities; water distribution, Installation, Repair&maintenance. studying the existing distribution network system and operation and maintenance of the network, managing water leakage complaints.*Supervise, Plan, Schedule, Perform, and direct all day-to-day maintenance activities(Breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance).*Monitoring& and controlling maintenance jobs through detailed inspections of the work carried out, ensuring serviceability, cost-effectiveness, and maintenance quality.*Management of distribution of water through water monitoring piping works as well as HDPE AC DI PPR pipe laying as per standard rules and specifications.*Modifying water network systems for equal pressure of water supply, operations of booster pumping stations*Allocates material and manpower resources in accordance with the work plan to ensure that the technician teams are utilized to attend to all planned and unplanned maintenance jobs.*Reading and interpreting plans and drawings applying laws, and policies in accordance with established standards, procedures, and criteria. *Assist the team for periodic checking of the network, booster pumping stations and operations, MBRs Master Balancing Reservoirs , storage tanks, distribution pipe lines and their protection control fittings like GV AV PRV NRV strainers etc.*Analyze and review day-to-day connection activities. Checking quality, quantity, and pressure in evenly distributed zone areas;*Preparation of NRW Non-Revenue Water reduction plans*Ensures all work is undertaken only when the proper safety precautions are in place, this includes pre and post-job safety procedures, Personal Protective Equipment PPE, and the right work environment for the job*Coordination with engineers, Sr engineers, and attending progress review meetings.*Preparing accurate reports, and maintaining detailed records.

Supervision of fabrication&Installation of interior structure works, HVAC Plumbing as per the standard norms. Detailed study of the scope of the work, drawings, schedule of equipment, quantity take-off, procurement and estimation. taking material quantity and ordering. Monitoring daily work activities and active involvement in meetings to make work progress and to resolve site-related issues. Ensure safety of labor usage of PPE and make sure availability of proper tools and materials. assist the team for testing and commissioning. undertake final project snagging ,Preparation of Final measurements and project report and handling over the site.
