Ensure the company equipment, tools and system are Validated, complied with the company policy in execution the Pharmaceutical regulations.My duties 1- Supervise Validation and calibration department staff. Planning, organizing, and monitoring needed calibration assignments and ensuring work expectations for scope, schedule, cost and responsiveness. , Coordinate the training of technical staff 2 Follow up employee daily attendance.3 Provide necessary equipment and tools4 Work flow/priority management 5 Employee Performance frequent Evaluations 6 Maintain A2LA/ISO 17025 Calibration Quality System Requirements 7 Interface with engineering for technical solutions for tolerance failure's 8 Issue corrective actions as outlined in A2LA/ISO 17025 and QA Documentation system 9 Consistently align procedures vs. actual processes 10 Develop new test procedures, establish template calibration certificates, and implement the control of all documents as part of the QMS 11Develop a master list of all calibration equipment necessary for standard calibration station 12 Eliminate unnecessary/redundant tests with engineering approval 13 Provide data feedback to engineering to improve robustness and cycle time of products 14 Develop current state/future state for calibration department .15 Perform random audits of company equipment and tools 16 Perform external audits for outside calibration institutes to assure they comply with needed requirements for calibration process .
