Seek to understand conflict dynamics at the community level, grassroots peacebuilding and conflict resolution-related processes, mechanisms, institutions and needs.Monitor, analyze and report on political development and its impact on project activities;Maintain and expand TCC’s current list of partners and political network and develop a wide-range of media-related contacts;Coordinate, as necessary, with other peace and governance portfolios in different countries where TCC has a footprint to exchange information and lessons learned.Ensure all program objectives and goals are in line with TCC and donor regulations;Supervise and coach Focal Points (21), program assistants, and any other program-related staff. Provide technical and sector inputs to/during planning, organizing and coordination of project monitoring processes, assessments, surveys, research and evaluations.Conduct appropriate and ongoing measurement and evaluation of Peace project activities.Draft and submit regular reports on project activities. This must include a report from each workshop in the field and each high-level meeting in Khartoum. Integrate community approaches, conflict, and gender sensitivity into capacity-building activities as appropriate.Travel within Sudan (18 states) to implement program activities and act as the primary point of contact between the TCC Youth Citizens Observation Network program and its stakeholders;Liaise between TCC and international organizations, government authorities, and other stakeholders to present and promote the programs’ activities;Facilitate non-YCO programming, in coordination with the Management, and act as a program manager where directed. -
