HMC also have one of the finest material testing facility. As Assistant Manager (Technical) - I am reporting to GM-Production. Heading a team of 25 professionals, Responsible for Planning, Managing and Execution of monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.- I have improved productivity of the system by studying process flow and coordinating with support departments.- Studied value stream mapping of the system to figure out losses in the system.- I have improved production efficiency by capacity building of my team.- I have also been a part of R&D team for the development of country's first Indigenous Cross Flow TurbineAs Assistant Manager ( Production)-Lead and manage a team of skilled machinists and technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to foster a high-performance culture.-Oversee the daily operations of the machine shop, including planning, scheduling, and allocating resources to meet production targets.-Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and quality control measures to guarantee a safe and reliable manufacturing process.-Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and increased operational efficiency within the machine shop.-Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure regular servicing, calibration, and maintenance of machine shop equipment.
