Managing the inspection process as required by the project plansSupporting and advising the project team on all QA/QC issues, and managing their performance.Checking/ evaluating the implementation of quality standards, inspection and testing in line with company and project requirements.Ensuring the development of project specific plans, procedures, and forms by the QA/QC team and overseeing the implementation at project level.Coordinating the production of the project management system in accordance with the Company standards; to include specific plans and procedures required by the contract and where deviation or expansion from the company systems may be required.Developing the project quality plan and associated procedures in coordination with the project management team.Developing and establishing standards and methods for inspections, testing procedures and reporting their implementation effectiveness.

Main Duties: Monitoring the effectiveness and requirements of the works through Quality control documentation, including raising of internal NCR’s, site observations and other means if necessary to ensure the implementation of the company quality standards and procedures. Managing and coordinating the inspection process as required by the project plans and as per company procedures by conducting internal inspections prior to raising inspection requests to the consultant.. Monitoring and reporting to the corporate management the implementation of quality standards and company procedures Developing the project quality plan in line with the company management system Advising the Project Manager on Quality Assurance matters Reporting the effectiveness of the Project Quality Assurance requirements, assisting and providing consultancy to the project organizations required in the preparation, implementation and maintenance of the project documentation Controlling of all non-conformance reports received from consultant and managing their closure thru close coordination with construction manager and site team Assisting in the submission of method statements and material submittals Reporting on all areas of responsibility to the project management team as well as the QA corporate manager.
