Marketing:• Responsible for following up on tangible leads in accordance with the business strategies set, and maintaining and updating the Business Unit leads database.• Market AJ properly through communicating with clients and responding to their needs.• Coordinate with the Market Research Engineer to obtain all periodicals issued by the various funding agencies, as well as the marketing periodicals.• Prepare and maintain expressions of interest.• Responsible for performing end of year analysis on all pursued opportunities whether granted or not and the reasons behind not being awarded.• Assist in the preparation for a Public Relations Program that ensures that all clients are being taken care of.• Update the classification with the Ministry of Public Works. • Responsible for maintaining affiliates/sub-consultants electronic files/brochures and should make sure that the company’s library is continuously supplied with the most updated brochures.• Responsible for preparing pre-qualification statements.• Take into consideration any special client requirement or comment, and any sub-consultant that might be needed for a specific proposal.Proposals:• Responsible for reading and analyzing the terms of reference (RFP), Pre-qualifications (PQ) , and preparing the executive summary . And for making an initial assessment.• Assist in following up on distributing to and receiving the required inputs from the various Departments and sections on time, and on putting the full proposal together and submitting it at the required time.• Responsible for establishing, maintaining and updating a Proposals Database that shows the result of each submitted proposal.• Assist in preparing project agreements and Sub-consultants agreement for Building Design and Supervision projects
