 Analysis/interpretation of monthly results and liaison with functional groups to determine future exposures against current benchmark. Analyze and review monthly accounts and develop commentary in conjunction with Finance Manager as to variations to benchmarks for all Product Divisions. Special projects/ ad-hoc reports as directed by the Finance Manager. Assist in the performance monitoring of the various product groups within the division. Monitor expenses (cost centers) and highlight potential exposures to avoid overspending. Prepare product profitability analysis. Prepare complete set of Financial Statements & Reports Prepare Bank Reconciliation and monthly Income Statement including comparison with previous months and reasons for deviation if any Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement Checking employees leave and final settlement and prepare cheque for payment Payroll reconciliation and process cheque for payment of salaries Accounting for all types of assets, liabilities, income, expenses and equity transactions Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close Handling day to day accounting transactions Checking accounting records for completion and accuracy Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures Preparing Monthly and Yearly Group consolidated Financial Reports Coordinating & Supporting Yearly audit process & Reviewing the Financial Statements Assist Finance Manager in preparation and monitoring of Plan, Budget & forecast, monthly analysis and reporting to regional and local management, and market share reporting.
