Duties : 1. Management of site project and work to achieve the engineering trinity by reduction of the project cost, control of the quality and reduce the project execution time.2. Study the tender documents, analysis, pricing and submit the suitable offer.3. Study the contract documents of general and special conditions, drawings, specifications, and bill of quantity and prepare the suitable management solution and study the value engineering.4. Study and prepare the project plan and program of work by Primavera or Excel and periodic follow-up and update the time schedule and print reports and suggest possible solutions in case of any delays.5. Study the quotations of subcontractors work and compare it according the best prices, quality, credibility and payment terms. After that prepare the contract or LPO and sign it of winner subcontractor.6. Management of subcontractor works and follows up it according time program and prepare their payment as per contract terms with them.7. Reply to official letters and emails and attend regular and emergency meetings with consultant or client and to take any necessary actions.8. Adjust and take all security and safety standards at the work site in coordination with the Safety Officer.9. Prepare and submit all necessary shop drawings and get the approval from consultant as per contract conditions.10. Prepare and submit monthly payments and follow it until obtain the cheque.
