Responsible of the following: 1-Reviewing design Drawings, Contract, specification & studying applying value engineering techniques.2- Providing Full Detailed Design for Projects in the fields of Low Current (IT Solution & PABX, Security (CCTV), IPTV Solutions, Audio Visual System, and Guest Room Management System (GRMS)). For Different types of buildings such as Hotels, Hospitals, Residential building, Office building, Spa's and Villa's compounds. 3- Dealing with Authorities DU & Etisalat Regarding NOC approval 4- Studying the scope of work as per the contract and submitting RFIs, Variations when required accordingly 5- Helping estimation team in their activities & Submitting materials for approval 6- Preparing and Submitting shop-drawings for approval 7- Coordinating with other MEP and Civil services 8- Reporting project progress to upper management 9- Following the snags Submitting AS BUILT DWG , O&M Manuals
