I am a network operations center (NOC) team member at DAMAMAX, a leading provider of data center and cloud services in the region. I monitor and troubleshoot the data center infrastructure using Zabbix and other tools, and implement security and support solutions for our clients. I hold a Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) certification, as well as two certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS): Getting Started with DevOps with AWS and AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials. These certifications demonstrate my skills and knowledge in network operations, data center management, and cloud computing, which are essential for my role.I have more than two years of work experience in the IT field, including a year as a business owner and manager of a project that won the 30th place out of 300 projects in the ENJAZ competition, a national initiative that supports entrepreneurship and innovation among youth. This experience taught me how to manage a team, develop a business plan, and pitch a product to potential investors. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in management information systems (MIS) from Applied Science University, where I learned the fundamentals of information systems, security, and business management. I speak Arabic, English, and Turkish, and I value teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction. I am passionate about network operations, data center management, and cloud computing, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies.
