I am a software engineering student at University of Petra, expected to graduate in July 2022. I have a passion for developing and improving software solutions that meet the needs and expectations of users and clients. I have been working as a Microsoft Dynamics Specialist at Dynamics Innovations Software LLC since July 2023, where I apply my skills and knowledge in requirements analysis and gathering, database fundamentals, and CRM development.In my current role, I work with a team of talented and experienced software programmers and consultants to deliver high-quality and customized Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions for various clients across different industries. I contribute to the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of CRM features and functionalities, using agile methodologies and best practices. I also support the maintenance and troubleshooting of CRM systems, ensuring their performance and security. I enjoy learning new technologies and tools that enhance my productivity and creativity, such as Coursera courses on secure software development and Duolingo English test for language proficiency. I am motivated by the opportunity to solve complex problems, create value for customers, and collaborate with diverse and innovative people. I believe that I can bring a fresh and dynamic perspective to the organization, as well as a strong commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
