Job Responsibilities: Review of irrigation design and specification documents produced by external consultants.•Review of construction documents: Pre-qualifications, detail design drawings, shop drawings, material submittal, technical queries, method statements, inspection test plan etc.•Assist Resident Engineer/Chief Resident Engineer with all aspects of irrigation works including official communication protocol with client, stake holders, contractors and interfaces teams.•Coordinate with site engineers, CAD technician, inspectors, surveyors and ensure contractors' works are monitored and executed as per the contract requirements.•Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (QAQC, Planning, Quantity Surveying, etc.) related to irrigation discipline.•Conduct bi-weekly meetings with site engineers and inspectors to assess project progress, irrigation issues/constraints and its solutions.•Attend biweekly / monthly progress meetings with clients and other team members and provide necessary input related to irrigation discipline.•Liaise with key stakeholders/end user to ensure a smooth handover of landscape assets upon completion of works.Ensure the timely reviewal of documents submitted by the contractor.•Provide necessary on-site information to the Client for site instruction in case deviation from the original scope.•Prepare the site observation report in coordination with QAQC and site team and issue to contractor.•Prepare the non-conformity report based on noncompliance against the project requirements in coordination with the QAQC team, site engineers and issue the report to contractor. •Review the de snag close out report prepared by contractor based on the site installations.•Conduct and verify the testing and commissioning of the automatic irrigation system.•Review the project handing over documents: As built drawings, Operation and Maintenance Manual, Spare Parts Lists, Warranty/Guaranties etc.

Working as Irrigation Engineer/Project Engineer.Major roles involves Desing the irrigation system with Rain Cad software,Autocad and system hydraulic modelling .Bill of Quntity estimation ,Cordinate with subcontractors for material submittals,shop drawing prpearations and submittals,RFI'S,TQ, etc.Inspect the irrigation system works excecution as per the QCS 2010 standards.Coordinate the weekly meeting with sub contractors and liase with consultant.

Project Manager, Future Greens Irrigation & Landscaping,Doha QatarDecember 2011- Till to date.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs a Project Manager my major responsibility in this Establishment is to plan, monitor and execute a certain project while staying within the specified time, cost, scope and quality.There are usually four stages in an average large-scale landscape construction project in which the Project Manager has different tasks:1.Design Stage2.Procurement Stage3.Construction Stage4.Post Construction Stage•During the Design stage, as a Project Manager my duty to creates a plan including a schedule and monitors whether the designer meets the specified date of design developments within the budget given by the consultant or developer of the project.• Once this plan is finalized, as a Project Manager, I will begin procurement stage where I evaluate the different quote of contractors and suppliers looking for the job in terms of the financial and technical aspect of the bid. Then as a Project Manager gives my opinion to the company higher authority of who should get the project contract. Based on that I will help finalize the contract and let the quantity surveyor finalize the agreed terms of contract.•During the construction stage, as a Project Manager, I acts as the company’s authorized representative and administers the contract between the client, consultant, and company.
