• Preparing and sharing KPI’s that related to frozen manufacturing like line efficiency%, Utilization%, waste%, and OEE%.• Managing manufacturing process for all frozen categories ( chicken, beef, Kubbeh and pastry ).• Support assistant departments by optimizing production plan to match with sales need and achieve products availability.• Managing cross training plan inside departments as part of knowledge sharing.• Leading initiative implementation for new products.• Updating SOPs-related operations in the frozen department.• work closely with finance to ensure production with optimum cost• Ensure the production plan is accurate and well-developed on a daily and weekly basis, and then executed with precision and enthusiasm;• Maintain food quality and food safety requirements and meet or exceed the requirements for a safe workplace;• Ensure the production schedule (workflow, production processes, staffing model, production floor layout, etc.) meets our customer requirements.

Planning,Time management, labor distribution,Training, Reporting, Costing, Formulationmeat plant (Burger, steak ,Kabab , Basturma , Nugget ,Zinger)• Work closely with Meat Plant Manager for the entire operations – butchery, meat processing, packaging, compliance and distribution• Responsible to ensure adequate steps are taken and employees are held accountable to achieving all KPI’s.• Adherence to all good manufacturing practices, company policies and food safety, HACCP, and quality assurance procedures.• Responsible in managing the budget• Responsible for assisting in various inventory control functions, including proper stocking, scanning, rotation, and coordinating of weekly and monthly physical inventories.• Creates production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignments.

Work on ERP program. - Daily, weekly and monthly planning. - Follow- up order processing. - Luncheon production. - Sausage production. - Roast production. - Mortadella production. -supervise and control the production processes and parameters in designated area in addition to make recommendations for developing procedures. - Coordinate with technical, stores, quality and safety department on required functions accomplishment. - Monitor raw materials and resources usage and consumptions and request from store. - Closing and finalize production orders to assure their completeness according to the plan and compliance to specifications and time. - Review and analyze department reports and prepare regular production reports( in relation to consumption , efficiency, cost and productivity )
