As the Head of People & Operations at Levantine Dental Clinic, I apply my background in industrial engineering and my skills in process improvement and human resources to optimize the operations and culture of the clinic. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from American University of Sharjah in May 2021, and I have over two years of work experience in the dental industry. I started as a Medical Billing and Coding Specialist in September 2020, and then transitioned to a Patient Relations Coordinator role in June 2021, before becoming the Head of People & Operations in the same month. In my current role, I oversee the patient experience, the staff performance, the financial management, and the compliance and quality standards of the clinic. I also work with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives that align with the clinic's mission, vision, and values. I am passionate about creating a positive and productive work environment that fosters teamwork, innovation, and excellence. I am also committed to delivering exceptional service and care to the patients and the community.
