- Maintain all operational forms/tools and assets in the store as per the agreed templates- Support the stock team to process the replenishment of the store on hourly basis, and manage in the most efficient way- Execute and supervise perfectly the team during the shipment receiving- Improve processes for better efficiency- Supervise and support the execution of all productmovement IN and OUT of the store- Manage and maintain all stock room & cash desk standards ascommunicated by the regional operations team- Consolidate, validate and submit sales reports, cash money, bank slips, discount, exchange, refund, receipt and vouchers. of all cash tills at the end of the day- Support the E-commerce process of the store- Manage time and attendance schedule- Inventory

- Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or recommendations.- Operating scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronics.- Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.- Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.- Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints.- Bagging or wrapping purchases to ensure safe transport.- Following all store procedures regarding coupons, gift cards, or the purchase of specific items, such as alcohol or, cigarettes.- Maintaining a clean workspace.

- Coordinates staffing to have enough cover in the right place at the right time- Help the line manager to complete the probesUse the commercial reports &follow up the top 40 sellers- Maximize the ATV & IPC by (Up selling & Cross selling).- Understand the VM concept like (Layout-SILIBI-Sequential links-Window-Stories, etc).- Controlling size order, size cubing, alarm, pricing & steaming on the floor.- Controlling high level décor & eye level deckor.- Review top & Bottom selling lines weekly for stock order and stock consolidation.- Implement store opening and closing SOP as required.- Reports any store maintenance and follow up- Decrease the till discrepancy-Damage items-Exchange& Refund
