As an ICT consultant at secondary schools\six forms across London, my primaryresponsibility was to provide technical support to all the school’s staff and students.this role required me to answer support queries via phone, email and our ticketing system.I also assisted in maintaining the school’s network and services, ensuring that an agreedlevel of performance was maintained.I diagnosed, logged, actioned, and followed through to resolve all tickets, includingescalations while keeping the customer informed of progress.I set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (cameras, printers,etc.).I was also responsible for imaging laptops; desktops and performing regular updates oneach of these devices.This role required me to have knowledge of ITIL, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Basicnetworking experience, and excellent understanding of networking fundamentals.Good time management and prioritisation skills were also essential.
