 Responsible of the financial and administration department. Controlling the day to day transactions of the dept. (Cash, PDC & CDC Chq’s LPO) and transferring it to the bank with the visa purchases. Approving the listed companies that could deal with us by LPO (Local Purchase Order) and following up the applications with the collection dept to collect the due amounts.  Reporting to the regional finance manger and responsible for the day to day accounting operations of the dept, finalizing the accounts up to the balance sheet, dealing with auditors, preparing monthly payroll bank reconciliation’s warranty sheets that had been approved and the daily cost for the dept. Responsible about the petty cash for the dept and sending the petty cash reports to the main office attached with the invoice’s so I can cash them. Responsible about the new staff salaries and those who are not transferring their salaries to the bank.
