As an Operating Engineer - Line Leader, it's a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line while prioritizing safety and morale. responsible for managing line documents, leading a team, and maintaining both product quality and machine functionality. primary responsibilities include:Key Responsibilities:1. Line Document Management: • Maintain and update essential line documents, including start-up sheets, CLIT sheets, control plans, SOPs, and Daily Work Management (DWM) reports. • Ensure that all team members have access to and understand these documents for efficient line operation.2. Team Leadership: • Lead and supervise a team of 5-6 members, emphasizing teamwork and a positive work environment. • Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their performance and boost morale. • Foster a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment, encouraging open communication and employee well-being.3. Production and Quality Assurance: • Monitor and oversee line production to meet quality and quantity targets. • Conduct final inspection quality checks of products in the PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) cell to ensure compliance with quality standards.4. Machine Maintenance: • Operate and maintain production machinery to ensure optimal performance. • Perform routine maintenance tasks and promptly report any equipment issues to the maintenance department.5. Line 5S and Continuous Improvement: • Implement and maintain the principles of 5S (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to keep the workplace organized and efficient. • Utilize knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance(TPM), Kaizen, Jishu Hozen(JH) to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the production line.6. Safety • Prioritize safety in all aspects of line operation, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
