• Working as a Project/ Production Engineer Steel (MS/SS) Fabrication and Erections, Aluminum Fabrication and Fitouts..• Making procedures to increase the Production rate and maintain the Quality.• Responsible for getting approvals, Submission of Prequalification, Submittals and Samples etc.• Floating Enquiries to Suppliers Manufacturers -Comparison Studies based on suppliers Quotations - Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of product.• Study the tender drawings bulletins clarification responses from client and reflect the same to suppliers.• Dealing with client enquiries through email, and estimating the project material cost according to provided BOQs and drawings.• Making 3D CAD drawings as per client requirement.• Handling the whole steel fabrication production with quality check and standards.• Welding Joint tests as per NDT techniques i.e (MPT/ DPT/Bubble).• Coordinating with clients during project execution to comply with their requirement.• Project planning to complete job within given time.• Prepares MTO (Make to Order or Made to Order) and BOQ (bill of Materials).• Prepares S.O.W. and technical specification for steel structure/aluminium structure sub contract.• Making Risk Assesmet (RA) & Method Statement (MS).

• To monitor shift production• Maximizing the production rate by controlling the parameters.• Quality checking after every 2 hours.• Sample collection to improve the quality during production.• Preventive maintenance, Run to failure maintenance.• Plant shutdownd and maintenance of static and rotary machines.• Maintenance of Hydraulic and Pneumetic systems.• Maintenance of 20 Ton water tube boiler, Pumps, Oil Heaters, Hydralic presses, roller belt conveyors, schutes, cyclones, silos, dampers, Ducts, Chains, ID and FD fans, Blowers.• Steel Fabrication of wear out steel parts in plant.• Supervision of machine shop, Lathes, milling, shaper, Shearing,cutting and bending M/C.• Meeting with GM on Daily basis production.• Making production schedule according to client requirement.• High standard safety and security.
