I am a well engineering professional with 15+ years global experience which includes South East Asia, Middle East, Africa and Americas. Currently overseeing well delivery scope for PETRONAS ventures in Mexico and Americas region. I specialized in HPHT and deepwater well engineering planning and delivery process, complex equipment sourcing and preparation, costing, Technical Limit methodology as well as operational planning and support.Past experience include:1. Engineering Team Leader for planning and execution of PETRONAS Carigali Mexico wildcat deepwater exploration wells campaign (in the Gulf of Mexico).2. Planning and execution of series of deepwater HPHT exploration in Nile Delta, Mediterranean Sea, Egypt. 16,000psi, 160deg C, 9 casing strings & tight tolerance well design with Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) application.3. First HPHT development project in Malaysia – Kinabalu Gas HPHT Development.4. Land drilling operations, Garraf Oilfield, Iraq.5. Front end well engineering work for a 1.5B dollar worth of EOR redevelopment - Baronia EOR project.6. Green field development and fractured granite basement and carbonate drilling with PMCD application in offshore Vietnam - Topaz Development, Ruby-A Infill, Diamond-4X exploration.7. Fast track FDP project - D28 development.8. High-rate gas well development - Kebabangan Gas Field (KPOC).I have authored several SPE papers and has been a featured speaker at numerous technical forums and workshops. I currently represent PETRONAS to The International Association of Oil & Gas Producers (IOGP) industry committee on Subsea Well Response and Source Control. I hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom, and currently serve as the Well Engineering Team Leader for PETRONAS Mexico Operations, based in Mexico City.
