*Effectively lead, coach, and develop a large work team to accomplish operational objectives.*Identify, diagnose, and resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems within deadlines.*Plan workflow, manage multiple priorities and meet daily production targets while consistently reducing downtime.*Develop new procedures and processes to improve production accuracy.*Set up health and safety audit procedures and improve safety efficiencies.*Competently utilize Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, and related process improvement techniques to ensure the most cost-effective manufacturing process.*Establish and maintain acceptable quality levels for all assigned products.*Interpret and develop reports including standard operating procedures.*Efficiently set and control operational budgets.

*Review and approval of contractors' quality assurance procedures, and raising NCRs for non-conformant work.*Review and provide comments/recommendations on construction test results and checklists.*Review and provide comments on completion of each construction stage.*Supervision of the contractors' work for compliance with the specifications, and to ensure satisfactory quality.*Review, approval, and verification of contractors’ documentation including method statements, test plans, manuals, and other submittals.*Support Owner’s Engineer in maintaining records and accounts of all commitments incurred and payments made to suppliers and contractors employed by the Owner for the execution of any part of the project.*Monitoring site safety.

*Technically lead and/or execute engineering projects, including the development of key suppliers. *Generate mechanical product specifications.*Define, coordinate, perform, and document engineering test reports.*Define, develop, and sustain product strategy, objectives, and roadmap.*Perform engineering analysis of the moderate scope.*Supervise the development, design, or modify mechanical engineering layouts/schematics and/or detailed drawings/specifications of moderate scope.*Ensures the integration of engineering resources with cross-functional teams to meet product goals for the unit product line of significantly complex scope.*Interface with internal and external customers regarding extremely complex engineering issues to address customers High Value Problems (HVP) for a range of products for the division.
