Overall Responsibilities:• All procurement operations of the company in the field of telecommunications towers for materials needed for work either for civil or telecommunication works.• The coordination between all projects under construction in different cities and places and reporting for the top Management the status of such projects.• Coordination between the suppliers and the financial department to insure the best relation and fulfillment between each other which reflects positively in project progress.• Preparing Purchase plan for projects in hand time and money wise, hence, giving the top management clear image of requirements and dues.

Overall Responsibilities:• All procurement operations for materials needed for production locally and from abroad.• Coordination with the financial department for all payments related to the purchased materials.• Preparing annual purchase plan of materials needed for production in cooperation with production department to insure availability of raw material for production at all times.• Submitting financial requirements for the procurement plan to the financial manager to coordinate with General Manager for the said.• Management of factory warehouses either for production materials or finished product.• Preparing daily, monthly, and annual warehouses reports with all values and facts needed for the top management.
