I am a Dr. Anas Rabata, M.Sc., Ph.D., I Graduated In 2007 From Damascus University, Faculty Of Medicine And Dentistry. Then Immediately Started My Postgraduate Studies At The Department Of Histology And Pathology, Damascus University In Syria, And Finished In 2012 With A Master’s Degree. During My Master Study, I Learned The Basic Techniques And Assays Of Histology/Pathology Lab.In End Of 2013 I Moved To The Czech Republic And Started My Phd Studying (Biomedical Sciences – Cell And Tissue Morphology) At The Department Of Histology And Embryology, Masaryk University, Faculty Of Medicine In Brno – Czech Republic. I Was A Member Of Stem Cell Research Team, Focusing On The Characteristics And Regulation Of Lung Stem Cells And 3D Lung Organoids Formation. During My Phd Study, I Improved My Knowledge Of Cell Isolation, 2D/3D Culture Of (Lung Epithelial And Mesenchymal Cells, Mammary Gland Epithelial And Mesenchymal Cells, And Embryonic Cells). As Well As I Developed My Skills In Facs, Qpcr, Wb, Immunohistochemistry, And Immunofluorescence Staining. Also, I Had Experience In Microscopic Studying, Data Analyzing, And Working With Genetically Modified Mice And Mouse Models.After I Got My Phd, I Was Promoted To An Assistant Professor Position At The Department Of Histology And Embryology, Masaryk University, Faculty Of Medicine In Brno – Czech Republic, As A Part Of The Academic Staff For Educational, Scientific, And Research Activities.In 2021 I Moved To The Usa As A Postdoctoral Scientist At Department Of Medicine - Pulmonary Division In Cedars Sinai Medical Center, Los Angeles. Focusing On Cellular And Molecular Mechanisms Of Lung Fibrosis And The Role Of Lung Stem Cells In Pulmonary Fibrosis. During My Postdoctoral Study, I Improved My Knowledge In Genetic Field, Working With Genetically Engineered Mouse Model, Elisa Assays And, Studying Lipid Metabolism. As Well As I Developed My Skills In Working/Generating Different Cells Lines And, Applying Scrna-Seq Data Analysis.During My Scientific Career, I Participated In The Educational Process In Several Universities Including (Masaryk University/Czech Republic, Al-Farabi College/Ksa, Syrian International Private University/Syria, Damascus University/Syria). In Addition To Publish Scientific Articles And Participate In A Multiple Of Research.
