Responsibility:● Run load bank tests on diesel generators● Diagnose and repair any issues found during initial testing● Perform voltage changes on generators based on customer requirements● Re-wire, adjust and install control panels and voltage regulators● Adjust speed controls and various settings● Change filters and perform standard service on units● Work closely with the Shop Manager on project progress, estimates, etc.● Assist in preparing generators for shipment as needed● Making and testing synchronizing panels● Assist with other duties as required

Responsibility:● Maintains product data base by writing computer programs; entering data● Design systems and products● Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment● Check all reports from Electrical machinery, plumbing and Fire systems● Check Electric power generating plants, distribution lines and Smock detectorsand sprinkler Systems.● Check AC, FCU, refrigerators, Hotel rooms maintenance ● Develop budgets, estimating labor, material, and construction costs

Responsibility:• Take hourly readings of gauges and other recording devices to insure that all generating and electrical equipment is operating normally. Notes any existing problems and takes appropriate corrective action. • Takes hourly and shift checks of running equipment to ensure proper operating levels in the fuel system, cooling system, air systems, storage batteries and engine lube oil sump.• Completes, updates, and maintains all logs, and keeps all logs and records current, concise and clear. • Starts engines, places generators on line and removes generators as load changes demand in order to achieve maximum efficiency and reliability• Changes oil filters and fuel filters on all generator engines; greases bearing, clean parts, stores parts, and repairs parts.• Cleans floors, windows, tools and power plant equipment.• Regulates dampers, water level in boilers and fuel supply; checks water gauges and steam gauges to see that sufficient steam is generated, regulates the flow of steam though the distribution system, maintains proper temperature of chilled and condensing water.• Analyzes water samples and adds chemicals as required.
