Project Planning and Coordination:1. Support the developing of comprehensive project work plans, budgets, and strategic implementation approaches.2. Work closely with the Projects Manager to tailor and refine PT interventions in alignment with the evolving needs of the target population.3. Supervise the field team, create and follow up their work plan.4. Facilitate routine project assessments, evaluations, and reporting processes, emphasizing quality assurance and transparency.Capacity Building and Training:1. Organize and facilitate capacity-building initiatives, fostering skill enhancement among project personnel and key stakeholders.2. Proactively identify training gaps and support the continuous professional growth of the PT team through targeted interventions.Collaboration and Networking:1. Cultivate and nurture productive relationships with project collaborators, stakeholders, and relevant entities to foster synergistic partnerships.2. Actively engage in coordination meetings and represent the organization in pertinent forums, advocating for IDA’s objectives and achievements.3. Foster cross-sectoral collaborations, ensuring a holistic and integrated approach to addressing beneficiary needs.Documentation and Reporting:1. Spearhead the development of comprehensive project documentation, including reports, case studies, and success narratives.2. Uphold rigorous standards of documentation accuracy and timeliness, capturing project activities, outputs, and impact metrics effectively.3. Facilitate the compilation and submission of donor reports and other requisite project-related documents, ensuring compliance with donor stipulations and organizational standards.

Member of medical team (assessment team).Diagnose, assess and treatment advice physical problem/condition for amputee patients.Preparing the patient to receive prostheses.Advising the technical team about proper adhesion of prostheses.Debate with orthopedic doctor about the medical case of patients.Supervise and conduct Rehabilitation for patients with amputations.Follow up, prothesis alignment, and discharge patients .Managing the team working plan and the monthly plan on regular basis.Submitting monthly reports on regular basisconducting regular visits to Al-Bab center and managing the rehabilitation team workload
