The “trellis”, or shading structure, has been designed to bear a resemblance to the Expo 2020 logo. The Trellis is a long-span shell structure than extends across the 130 m of the central plaza area and rises to a height of 67 m. • Introduction and implementation of Safety procedures to all workmen and other personnel working in the construction site. In all respects this will ensure this site is free from accidents, mishaps, whatsoever. Also create a Safety Environment in the company at all sites.• Acquiring permit to work system• Carry out daily tool box talk to all workers.• Ensure issue of PPE & compliance of the same.• Take immediate corrective action when any unsafe action or unsafe condition is observed

• Monitor the effectiveness of HSE policy in terms of performance. • Review and audit documented procedures or safe system of work method statements and risk assessments in his division. • Monitor the sub contractor's performance in terms of the above where departures from their plan need arrangements are identified -bring it to sub contractor's attention by means of a Non conformance in accordance of this HSE management system. • Advise stoppage of any unsafe work to his Divisional manager / Project managers and to concerned sub contractors representative and immediate information to HSE manager by email or phone call.  Inform immediately to HSE manager regarding any serious accident
