Current• Conducts process samples and finished product testing to ensure that quality is according to the specifications.• Comprehends standardized testing methodologies, such as ASTM, UOP, IP and MM.• Worked in SHARP project (Testing samples against diverse criteria).• Applying Loss Prevention System (LPSA, LPO…etc).• Handling ICPMS samples (Cross-Check Samples).• Handling the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) to improve analytical precision and accuracy of standard operating procedures.• Validating and calibrating instruments including HPLC, GC, ICP and pH meter.• Trained junior technicians on laboratory procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.• Applying Test Method Assessment to lab technicians.• Preparing standards and solutions.• Applying critical thinking skills to interpret deviations from statistical trends and forms logical conclusions to formulate a resolution.
