Hul Hub is a software services company backed by a Japanese Multinational focused on US, UK and Japan markets.I joined as an early employee and was part of a 12x expansion.• Brought in $100,000+ in revenue during my tenure while scaling the department from scratch• Provided the following services to US clients: SEO, SMM, Website & Web App Development, Content, Design• Responsible for project delivery and upsells which fit client business objectives• Ensured a customer retention rate of more than 95%• Scaled the accounts team from just myself to a 4 person team

• Shifted the digital & IT services production team on Jira from email and ad hoc task delegation. This was primarily done for the purpose of visibility for the upper management as teams scaled• Architected the Hul Hub recruitment process while running recruitment operations. Used a data based approach to visualise recruitment performance and recommend improvements• Created an objective performance system: plan the methodology, implement the required project structure & SOPs on Jira, create a performance engine on google sheets to output employee grades, HR would use these grades for employee performance evaluation• Developed a Python script to extract data from the Jira API for the performance system• Applied the performance system to the following teams: Digital Marketers, Graphics Designers, SEO executives, Developers, QAs, BAs and their respective managers

• Gathered software business requirements for an in-house SaaS Payroll taxation product • Modeled and prototyped the product on tools such as google sheets (to model calculations) and Adobe XD (for user experience)• Conducted market research to get an understanding of competitors• Conducted quality assurance and provided QA with direction in testing

Pakistan.AI is one of the largest AI communities in Pakistan which focuses on topics such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Science and Data Analysis. Participants ask questions, share job postings and support each other in furthering their skills. Furthermore, the community regularly hosts meetups and workshops.• Set up a Facebook group of approximately 15k members for the purpose of awareness and skill based growth. At the time of founding there were a handful of communities focusing on this• Invited by Google to their Singapore office on an all-expenses paid trip for a community building workshop• Coordinated community building on ML, Deep Learning, Data Science, NLP, etc• Executed multiple workshops, community meetups throughout Pakistan in collaboration with entities such as: 10 Pearls, Gaditek, Love for data, IBM Pakistan, NIC Karachi and more

National Incubation Center, Karachi (NIC Karachi) is a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project devised by Ministry of IT and Telecom and Ignite, and executed by LMKT. The project aims to support Karachi entrepreneurs by providing startup incubation and startup acceleration services.Responsibilities:• Overlooked incubator communications & managed NIC Karachi events• Managed all internal startup documentation & data• Supported incubated startups via the NIC Karachi network• Facilitated community initiatives• Joined NIC Karachi a few months after its inauguration and was part of the initial team that focused on scaling the impact of the organisation from the ground up• I was taking final semester classes while working at NIC Karachi full time

The AI Club is NED University based initiative which focuses on promoting the domains of Data Science and Machine Learning amongst university students, and provides various training opportunities as well. • Created a GUI application on a Raspberry Pie interfaced with a GSM module (done on python). The application showed SMS messages received on the SIM available on the GSM module.
