PHF aspires to improve the living conditions of the poor and marginalized groups by adopting strategies through community initiative, participation and sensitization. Shahi Sawari – A Pioneering Transport Aggregator On-demand Ride Hailing Service for Low-cost Affordable 3-wheeler Rickshaws in PakistanStarting from the heart of Pakistan, Lahore in 2016, we built Shahi Sawari with the aim of providing affordable & reliable on-demand transport experience to the millions of daily commuters in Pakistan alongside driving market adoption of the ride-hailing platform in 10 Mil+ illiterate and unregulated rickshaw drivers.With the core products focused around the Shahi Sawari rider and driver apps, Shahi Sawari grew to a user base of 300,000+ with a network of 5,000+ rickshaws in Lahore achieving major milestone of 1 Mil+ completed trips on the platform.Deriving from our learnings in scaling a hyper-growth on-demand transport service, we shifted gears to building a more sustainable, higher value shared mobility model with Flo.
