As someone who has been passionate about technology since childhood, I strongly believe in the power of digital transformation in healthcare, especially pharmacy, changing the way how the providers communicate with patients to have a better life, that’s where the terms of Digital Health and Digital Pharmacy come from, two terms that we at Digital Vision are strongly working on, providing the essential digital marketing services to healthcare providers.I have been involved in various extracurricular activities and leadership roles, such as co-founding and serving as the president of the Kurdistan Pharmaceutical Students' Association (KPSA), contact person of the Syndicate of Kurdistan Pharmacists (SKPI) in the International Federation of Pharmacists (FIP), organizing the first Kurdistan Pharmacists Summit and participating in US Embassy’s Iraqi Young Leaders Exchange Program. I have also developed excellent skills as a marketing passionate in marketing growth, branding and positioning, digital marketing, graphic design, content writing, social media marketing, website design and development, as evidenced by my work for several healthcare providers, pharmacies, pharmaceutical companies, media outlets, magazines, and organizations.

Event Founder And OrganizerPharmacy Summit Iraq/Kurdistan Jul 2019 - PresentFounded and launched the first ever Kurdistan Pharmacists Summit in the Kurdistan Region, preparing the event from zero.I made the logo and website for the summit, promoting it to deliver to the people that we wanted, and talking about the summit on TV channels.Preparing and designing many brochures, leaflets, badges, roll-ups and printings for the event, and making an active social media for the event for promoting it, also made videos for the summit, by the participation of Minister of Health of KRG, Head of Kurdistan Pharmaicsts Syndicate, and Head of KMCA.The first Kurdistan Pharmacists Summit was held on 25/9/2019 (World Pharmacists Day) in Van Royal Hotel, Erbil, Kurdistan with the attendance of almost 200 Pharmacists and students of college of pharmacy from all around kurdistan, also with the attendance of Minister of Health of KRG, Kurdistan Pharmacists Syndicate and Kurdistan Medical Control Agency (KMCA).We had 3 sponsors that were Pharmaceutical Companies, and Rudaw TV as a Media Sponsor.I have also participated in the first panel of the summit, talking about the activities of the pharmaceutical organizations in Kurdistan, also talking about how to be an international organization, to have collaborations with the international pharmaceutical associations.The second Pharmacy Summit was held in Erbil International Hotel on 25th September 2021, more than 300 pharmacists attended and 3 panels were held talking about latest issues, I also had a presentation talking about (KPSA and IPSF).The third Pharmacy Summit Iraq/Kurdistan was held in Grand Millennium, Sulaimaniyah, as a member of the Board, it was the biggest garhering of pharmacists all around Iraq and Kurdistan Region, was the first time to be held in this form. More than 600 pharmacists attended the event from Kurdistan Region and Iraq, 4 panels were held to talk about the important issues facing the field, also, for the first time, it had an exhibition for the pharmaceutical companies. -
Operations ManagerClinica Medical Group May 2021 - Mar 2022Established in 2013, Clinica Medical Group consists of a chain of Polyclinics, Pharmacies and Laboratories. I was first to make a chain under the name of Clinica Medical Group, made the branding and all of HR resources that are needed for a smooth running of the company, collected all the pharmacies and polyclinics under the name of the group and made an aligned uniform package for them.I was responsible as the Operations Manager, ensuring the smooth running of the responsibilities, managing the staff and working as an HR Manager, and promoting the publications and branding of the company. I started from zero, as there were no positions previously and an organized system, that collects all of these different branches, I made a system for organizing them all and by dividing the tasks and positions.Some of my main responsibilities were:• Managing all of the staff of the Company which is Clinica Medical Group, including pharmacists in the pharmacies, and the clinics in reception and laboratories.• Operating daily in following and checking the staff and following their works in order to ensure the smooth running of work.• Hiring people for the pharmacies, reception and laboratories and doing interviews• Made a system for all of the employees, making them all in one system to ensure their smooth running.• Made organized HR forms, such as for interview, application for a job, and rating an employee.• Managing the social media of the pages of the pharmacies which are 12, and also of the polyclinics which are 3.• Maintaining relationships with other companies related to the field and giving them enough supply information about our chain of pharmacies.• Presenting courses to our employees about how to deal with patients and people in the best way to make them feel comfortable.• Making relationships with the physicians• Made a website for the group with organized emails and a system that will combine all of the HR needs.

Project ManagerFastcare Nov 2020 - Jan 2021Managing (Fastcare) project in Kurdistan which was a medical service for free to do the check-ups for patients in their home, we reached every home in the region including Erbil, Sulaimaniyah, Duhok, Halabja, Koya, Soran, Raparin and Garmian, with more than 50 medical teams, serving the community for the purpose of giving health awareness to people about the common diseases among the people, this is beside of doing the normal examinations for the patient in their home, all for free. We had more than 35,000 cases in less than 2 months.
