-Curriculum analysis;-Sourcing of candidates through different platforms;-Management of candidate pipelines;-Contact with candidates and interviews (via email, WhatsApp, call);-Support/guidance of candidates during the recruitment and hiring process;-Collaboration with companies from different markets (Portuguese, German, Dutch, Spanish), and knowledge of their characteristics from each country (e.g. salaries, living conditions).

- Implementation of a pilot project - psychological assessment in occupational medicine exams;- Psychological consultation;- Analysis and study of mental health needs in the organization;- Elaboration and implementation of projects and protocols for prevention and promotion of mental health: Prevention of alcohol abuse (experience with instruments such as AUDIT; motivational interview).

- Psychology consultations (clinical interview; psycological assessment; intervention);- Child and youth health consultations (prevention and health promotion);- Multidisciplinary teamwork (administrative staff, nurses, doctors);- Psychological intervention planning;- Research and intervention projects: isolation of the elderly population; menopause/andropause impacts on couples;- Prepare assessment reports;Target population - children and teenagers (from 4 to 17 years old); adults; communication with parents and teachers.
