• Manage all aspects of purchasing parts and coordinating just-on-time deliveries to maintaining a turn over of inventory. Schedule the employees work duties and hours to maximize efficiency from pre-production to assembly to final shipment. Forecast production and delivery requirements on a monthly, quarterly, and seasonal basis. Assist with various annual budget plans including test and safety equipment, manufacturing source materials, and shipping supplies. Negotiate multi-year contracts which had weekly delivery dates with deliverable quantities updated within a few days of shipment. Direct annual physical counts of all inventories from raw material to finished assemblies. Reconcile the inventory with the computer tracking system.• Supervised 14 employees of a small company. Responsible for hiring, terminating, annual reviews, and salaries.• Negotiated multi year lease and coordinated move to new facility.• Talked to new and existing customers and provided training, installation ideas, and customers support when needed.• Obtained and maintain ISO9001 certification though continuous improvements including quarterly meetings to review policy and procedures. • Training of new employees in all aspects of manufacturing from incoming inspection to inventory control, mechanical and assembly techniques, out going and final inspection, complete functional testing, and how to repair equipment to work instruction/test procedures.• Coordinate the cleaning and maintaining of plant facilities including installation of new equipment, operation of alarms systems, and disposal of hazardous waste.
