• Managing all the finance activities for EVERTEAM inside KSA through exclusive Saudi companies (National Marketing Company Limited NMCL – Comprehensive Technology Company COMPTECHCO)
• Provide weekly reports (Projects Report – Aging Report)
• Prepare monthly financial reports (Balance Sheet – P&L) segregated for each company and combined for the group.
• Controlling and monitoring collections from clients, cash flow plan and expenditure.
• Prepare a Comparable reports with previous years for the profitability of the products, Resources cost report.
• Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.

• Managing all the operations related to establishing the company (Leasing, employment, finance, Customs...etc.)
• Submitting financial, sales and administration reports to the CEO.
• Managing Payable, Customer sections
• Processing suppliers' payments

• Managing accrued and prepaid cost and expenses
