Managing all the finance activities for EVERTEAM inside KSA through exclusive Saudi companies (National Marketing Company Limited NMCL – Comprehensive Technology Company COMPTECHCO)• Provide weekly reports (Projects Report – Aging Report)• Prepare monthly financial reports (Balance Sheet – P&L) segregated for each company and combined for the group.• Controlling and monitoring collections from clients, cash flow plan and expenditure.• Prepare a Comparable reports with previous years for the profitability of the products, Resources cost report.• Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.• Monitoring the purchase orders, vendor’s payments and supplier monthly payment.• Reconciling and monitoring companies’ banks.• Preparing the Salaries bonuses and deductions.• Monitoring and training employees on Admin section to meet the governmental needs like (GOSI – MOL ... etc.) and admin job.

• Managing all the operations related to establishing the company (Leasing, employment, finance, Customs ...etc.)• Submitting financial, sales and administration reports to the CEO.• Managing Payable, Customer sections • Processing suppliers' payments• Managing & training the team• Managing accrued and prepaid cost and expenses• Handling transactions with related parties.• Create and enhance agency and partner relationships.
