• Define and monitor internal process flow during project milestone (Receiving IPO, Design, Metal, Materials, Production, QC, Customer Inspection, Packing and Dispatch) till Project Closing.
• Provide periodic work progress reports, and any other required reports that provide clear picture to the management about projects backlog, booking, financial estimates for better judgement.
