Senior Project Management Engineer
Current● Apply my knowledge, skills and techniques during all project stages to meet projects requirement and to ensure customer satisfaction. ● Analyze backlog, priorities and resources, give commitments, and prepare project schedule and monthly plan. ● Develop project management tools like comprehensive master plan, quick lookup tool, to easily trace project status. ● Develop and coordinate well-defined IPO process and Project Execution, Procedures, and automate tasks as much as possible. ● Define and monitor internal process flow during project milestone (Receiving IPO, Design, Metal, Materials, Production, QC, Customer Inspection, Packing and Dispatch) till Project Closing. ● Provide periodic work progress reports, and any other required reports that provide clear picture to the management about projects backlog, booking, financial estimates for better judgement. ● Manage and resolve conflicts during IPO registration, and between project execution milestones.Predict risks and take proactive preventive actions. ● Collaborate with management and planning to ensure availability of delegation of authority matrix to PMO as per company policy. ● Lead the communications throughout project life cycle, recognize deviation from the plan and take correction, corrective actions and minimize risks. ● Build a robust team, treat them equally without any discrimination, recognize high performers and expose them, define weaknesses in low performers to help improving them. ● "People first". Arrange orientation and On-Job training for new members and encourage knowledge transfer among all the team members. ● "People first".
