• Reporting to the Operations Team & Production Manager for SKYBAR 2012 featuring (Missy Elliot, Akon, Melanie C, Ceelo Green, Eve, Travie McCoy, Outasight, Lupe Fiasco & Eva Simmons).• Management of accreditation/site vehicles/suppliers/security.• Worked with the Operations Team to ensure that Accreditation Zoning at the venue was delivered as planned and implemented effectively.• Provided problem resolution for Accreditation issues.Event Production• Researched and accumulated an in-depth knowledge of event, venue, suppliers and talent, so as to update the Event Management Plan document.• Supporting other members of the project team including operations manager, production manager, project manager and onsite manager.• Liaising with sub-contractors and suppliers.• Production of on-site working documents to pre agreed timelines and format/detail.• Developing an understanding and knowledge of technical solutions and audio visual requirements.• Developing an awareness of health and safety and risk assessment issues.On-site Assistance• Setting up and management of the onsite Production Office.• Undertaking responsibility for all aspects of administrative production support; operating with the Production Manager and suppliers as workload dictates.• Management of documents relating to on site contractors/Health & Safety/Deliveries.• Management of Petty Cash & Runner.• Assisting with the management of the on-site team.• Liaising with clients when on-site.• Liaising with venues and suppliers.

• Involved in selecting a target market.• Securing the entertainment - Which involves the resident Disc Jockey that fits with the target market and various other international acts.• Ensuring the successful advertising and marketing of the event.

• Ensuring that customers’ expectations were met by continuously working toward excellence in customer service.• Involved in processing individual internal and external queries, and meeting those requirements while identifying opportunities to increase sales.

• Attending to passengers departing on Emirates flights at departures.• Responding to queries from passengers regarding tickets.• Dispatching the left behind baggage or baggage received for transfer, to the stations concerned by strictly adhering to the security implications and airlines procedures, so that all the bags are re-stored to the owners as quickly as possible. • Ensuring that all stationery is stacked, stored properly and their locations are updated in the system.• Co-ordinating with Ground Operations for the delivery of all offloaded baggage.• Ensuring that all passengers are kept regularly informed of the flight status at boarding gates.• Reply and action receiving telex message from transfer desk or instruction from airlines representatives.• Ensuring correct charges are applied on all passengers carrying excess baggage. The amount collected is deposited in the company’s bank account.
