With rapid business and product growth globally, Experian needed to streamline and automate the build and release operations globally. With background in transforming/automating software development environments, I was selected to envision/define key global initiatives, secure leadership buy-in and execute successful delivery. While managing day-to-day operations of build and release team activities, I oversaw multiple concurrent projects. • Working closely with upper management to evangelize global strategic initiatives.• Executed software build and deployment automation projects for all products at Experian Consumer Direct. Products platforms range from .NET, Java, Android, to iOS.• Directed team to leverage propriety and open source tools to setup build and deployment systems that are fully automated. Software Services group is responsible for providing technical direction, support (process and tools), and training to the entire software development community to ensure smooth development and delivery of software projects. Thales avionics is a leading manufacturer of In-Flight Entertainment systems for major domestic and international airlines. Due to the latest advancements in embedded systems, Thales embarked on building a new generation of In-Flight Entertainment systems based on Google Android. I was brought in to help Thales define and manage processes, methodology and tools for the new Android and Java-based software development environment.

After a thorough search and interview process, I was selected to define and oversee development methodology and processes for a multi-vendor project from requirements gathering, planning to design and development.
