Lead the Health Division of Grupo Mexico's Foundation through its flagship project Dr. Vagón, el Tren de la Salud.

- Manage, grow and foster strategic partnerships with airlines, charter companies, OTA’sand Travel Agent Consortia / Associations to increase connectivity, awareness and numberof visitors from the Midwest region of the United States.- Create and manage bilateral and trilateral marketing partnership agreements with theTravel Industry’s most relevant players such as Apple Leisure Group.- Generate brand awareness through events directed to final consumers. For example;LUZIA by Cirque du Soleil, Chicago Gourmet, Thanks Giving Parade and PGA Tour in Akron.- Manage the Travel Professional education and advocacy programs for the Midwest Region with the objective of obtaining an increase in visitors to Mexican destinations.- Implement and develop crisis management strategies.Since the Mexico Tourism Board was a government entity, the objective was to promote only (unable to sell). Nevertheless, sales objectives and metrics were always in mind since the bilateral and trilateral agreements’ were designed to use the Mexico brand and our partners’ products to commercialize destinations in a more sophisticated way. Thus, reaching our mutual goals of increasing visitors and connectivity to Mexican destinations.

- Contribute to lead the Promotion Team in terms of Leasure Sales and MICE event bids.- Represent the city of Guadalajara in Travel Industry International Fairs such as; FITUR, ITB, World Travel Market, IBTM, etc. - Bid on international MICE events on behalf of the city of Guadalajara. - Generate partnerships and alliances with government entities and the private sector to increase traveler's and enhance the visitors experience. - Participate in MICE industry local chapters to generate a network of well-trained professionals.

Develop strategies to ensure the constant competency of employees. Contemplating efficiency as the main goal in all activities by helping reduce burn out and exhort standardized procedures.
