Ana Sofia is the head of Customer Experience Transformation at BCP. She was briefly the CM for ThePowerMBA Perú to expand the presence of the brand in the national market. Previously, she was the Business Development & Marketing Sr Manager for AGP | eGlass, a smart glazing designer and producer for electric vehicles. Prior to AGP, she was the Managing Director at Endeavor Peru, a non-for-profit focused on scaling high-impact entrepreneurs, and a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Co and Deloitte Consulting. Ana Sofia has industry expertise in consumer goods and retail in US, UK and Latin America, and functional expertise in customer service excellence, operations, marketing & sales. She also has experience in venture capital in Latin America.Ana Sofia is Forum Leader at Executive Forums, a current Officer and Past President of the Harvard Business School Peru Club. MBA from Harvard Business School; Management Science and Engineering (Operations) from Stanford University and Industrial Engineer from Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru.
