Attached to Piping Inspection Program Project under Asset Integrity Management Department (MRCSB)Main scope of Pioneer Ranex Sdn Bhd:1. To plan and execute scaffolding, insulation and painting team point related to inspection activity (Ultrasonic Inspection, Radioactive Inspection and UTFD/MPI)2. Manage and control scaffolding erection and dismantling by ensuring the tracking of erected scaffold via "Greentag" and imposed additional cost if exceed rental duration3. Ensuring material for insulation such as cladding and rockwool available based on line piping area calculation order via Material Request System.4. Ensuring surface preparation and painting on-site is following approved procedure (standards) and material and equipment adequate for site execution.5. Build and provide quotation for above-mentioned scope as per work request form and site visit and ensuring the submitted quotation is approved by client by obtaining Purchase Order (PO) via SMART GEP6. Ensure timely and cost efficient job claiming via project management initiatives and record by site supervisory.

1) Ensure production run smoothly as per schedule and parameter2) Making reservation for Material ( WIP & Material ) for production order via SAP3) Ensure quality of final product as per specifications (Adhesion Test, Product Buy-Off and Film Thickness Evenness via film buy-off)4) Ensure machine operation according to dedicate product as per parameter and SOPProvide dedicated SOP and Manual for machine operation5) Manage OT and manpower arrangement6) Ensure spare parts adequate for machine eg sealant bar, T-Die screw, Silicone Roller, machine process equipment (product side trim).

1)Condition Monitoring Location (CML) Mapping for CF70 (Extension) DELIMA process unit2)Petronas Risk Based Inspection (PRBI) Data Entry and submission of inspection planning for Special Scheme Inspection .3)Compile of Equipment data for "Format Ringkasan Data Jentera" for CF70 submission4)CML Verification for MG3 and PSR-1 prior to dosh visit which include manpower, scaffolding and insulation works

Main Role :1) Planning maintenance job for site piping fit-up and welding, scaffolding, insulation and mechanical (Non Process Area, Area 1 and Area 6). Role covered is cost planner, maintenance planner and cost controller. 2)Relieve valve maintenance and services planner for all Plant Area which covered transportation, technical and relieve valve manhours planning and reportingMRCSB TA 2019 Role (Maintenance Relieve Valve Coordinator) :1)To assesed relieve that require special testing (Vacuum Valve and valve that have dense product (sulphur) and coordinate manpower loading and relieve valve receivings during the site preparation and execution,Pit Stop 2020 Role :1) Assign as main pitstop planner which to plan and execute pitstop schedule, preparedness, execution and closed out report2) Pitstop works covered mechanical works (HEX Waterjet cleaning, bundle swapping, joint integrity), welding and fabrication (pipe spool replacement)3) A total of 10 item in punchlist which total duration is 14 days of plant downtime. Successfully to complete all item mechanical support within 13 days, ahead of half day shift.

DESLUDGING TECHNOLOGY TRAINING  PROGRAM (SEPT 2018) :1.Training and develop a work system for site tank desludging process to ease on-site project execution and equipment handling.2. Provide mock up and trial for newly procure desludging equipment to client (Petronas).MRCSB DESLUDGING ACTIVITY FOR INTERNAL TANK (T-66202) (DEC 2018):1.
