Current• Providing technical assistance to L2 customers via chat to maintain server functionality and resolve operational issues promptly.• Delivering technical assistance to ensure server uptime, promptly resolving server-related issues through a ticketing system.• Supporting junior team members and colleagues by offering guidance and expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving• Accumulated specialized expertise in managing server abuse reports, facilitating efficient resolution through upstream providers' accounts.• Cloud management and web server administration (Apache, Nginx, Cache layers, MySQL , Redis, CDN, Crons, etc).• DNS administration (Nameservers, Records, Redirections).• Debugging and Monitoring of Application and Server Level Logs.• SMTP setup and investigation.• Disaster Recovery through backups.• Provide Support to customers over chats and tickets.
